DRAFT PROGRAM

Tuesday 13th August
8.00am- 5 pm Pre-program activity including Site Visits - To be confirmed
Possible pre-Forum day trips to various Yolngu communities and institutions by prior arrangement including:
• Yilparra (sea claim and eco-tourism and training issues)
• Cape Arnhem
• Yirrkala CEC and Homeland schools
• Rainbow cliffs- the Garma bus can get people there
• Ethno-botanical walks at Gulkala site with Dhimurru rangers
• Nhulun - Mountain at Nhulunbuy- the Garma bus can get people there site important for bark petition- get some of the old men from that time to talk about it
• Nabalco/Alcan mine tour
• Yirrkala Landcare
• Buku-Larrnggay Mulka / Yirrkala art centre
